Markos Drakos

Mr. Drakos was a Founding Partner of Touche Ross & Co in 1988 and remained a Partner of Deloitte until 2002. From 2003 onwards Mr. Drakos is Managing Director of the Markos Drakos Consultants Group and he specialises in offering International Fiscal Administration and Accounting Services to International Business companies with a particular focus to the Shipping Industry. He was the Vice Chairman of the Cyprus Telecommunication Authority between 2000–2003 and also acts as a Director to a number of major International and local companies both private and public. Mr. Drakos holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) as well as a Member of the institute Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
Peter G. Economides
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Economides founded IronFX in 2010. He is currently the Chairman of the Totalserve Group which he founded in 1972. The Totalserve Group is one of the largest regional Tax and Trust consultancies in Southeast Mediterranean with a primary focus in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. He acts as a Director to a number of major International and local companies both private and public. Mr. Economides is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (MCSI), as well as, Member of the International Tax Planning Association, the international committee of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Founder and Chairman of STEP Cyprus and a Member in various other international accounting, tax and trust associations.
Markos A. Kashiouris

Mr. Kashiouris founded IronFX in 2010. He has wide-ranging business interests spanning Real Estate, Financial Services and International Franchising/Brokerage. Mr. Kashiouris founded Terra Capital 2000 and has completed in a lead or junior capacity c. €400m of real estate transactions across several European countries, including the UK, emerging Europe, Greece and Cyprus. In addition, he owns and manages a specialised housing portfolio in London, catering specifically for the UK public sector. Mr. Kashiouris holds a Bachelors Degree in Econometrics from the University of Manchester and a Masters Degree in Strategic Marketing Management from UMIST. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (MCSI). Mr. Kashiouris is also an FSA-registered Securities Representative (Level 3). He worked for JP Morgan and Commerzbank Securities in London where he was top-rated in the 2001 and the 2002 Extel Surveys.
Polyvios Rialas
Non-Executive Director
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Rialas served for 31 years at the Department of Inland Revenue of the Republic of Cyprus, most recently as Head of the Department. During his tenure at the Inland Revenue, Mr. Rialas was instrumental in the modernisation of the Tax Laws of the Republic and their alignment with both international and EU standards. Mr. Rialas is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA).
