Demetris Kyriacou
General Manager, Head of Compliance
Mr. Kyriacou joined IronFX in 2010 as General Manager and Head of Compliance. From 2009 until mid-2010 he was employed at FxPro where he served as Director of Financial Services and then as Chief Compliance Officer. Previously, Mr. Kyriacou served as General Manager at AtlasCapital and as Head of Portfolio Management at ICFI, where he was subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Services Manager. Mr. Kyriacou began his career in the financial services industry as a registered Securities Representative in the United States (holder of NASD Series 7 and 63). He holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University. Mr. Kyriacou is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Charterholder) and a holder of various professional certifications issued by CySEC and HCMC, the Cypriot and Hellenic Investment Firm regulators.
Nael Saleh
Chief Operating Officer
Mr Saleh joined IronFX in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining IronFX, he worked as Operations Manager for ACM Middle East & Asia for 4 years Prior to that, Mr Saleh played key roles in several multinational financial and Brokerage institutions where he gained extensive experience in both the retail and corporate trading markets, including outstanding expertise in Institutional partnerships and White Label development. His different assignments during his career have provided a solid understanding of Sales, Customer Service and Business Development operations of online Brokers. Mr Saleh holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems.
Stefanos Kashiouris
Head of Dealing
Mr. Kashiouris joined IronFX in 2010 as Head of Dealing. He has been instrumental in the setup of the Dealing Department including trading specifications and provision of liquidity, as well as, the ongoing management of the trading platforms the company operates. Prior to joining IronFX, Mr. Kashiouris spent over 3 years at FxPro, initially as Head of Asset Management, before moving to the Execution Department where he progressed to the position of Senior Execution Officer. In his early career he also worked as an analyst at a London-based Property Fund. Mr. Kashiouris holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Finance from City University, London and a Masters Degree in Finance from Cass Business School. He holds the Execution and Dealing on Own Account certificates from CySEC and the Securities & Derivatives (Level 3) Licences from the FSA. Mr. Kashiouris is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (ACSI).
