IronFX Financial Services Limited (“IronFX”) is authorised and regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under licence number 125/10 and promotes a Friend & Family Referral Program (“Program”) for existing and potential Clients.

By opening an Account under this Program the Client acknowledges that he has read, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions as well as the IronFX Trading Terms and Conditions.

This Program runs for the year 2012 from 1st of January - 31st of March. The referrer Client will be eligible to receive the bonus once the initial deposit is made into the referred Client trading Account  and shouldn't be later than March 31, 2012 inclusive. IronFX shall not be responsible for any possible delays due to various payment method providers.

The referrer Client will be eligible to receive the bonus once the referred Client has completed at least 10 trades (not including hedging positions) with at least 10 minutes between each trade prior to receiving their bonus. In addition, IronFX reserves the right to impose a time limit, where both referrer and referred Client must maintain a trading Account for at least one (1) month after the initial deposit. Note that the referred Client will be able to participate in any other promotion program IronFX promotes given that he meets the requirements set in that Bonus Offer.

The Bonus will be credited into the qualified referrer Client's account after all requirements set in these terms and conditions are met. The Bonus will be held either for trading with IronFX or can be withdrawn by the referrer Client.

The Bonus will be determined by the initial deposit of the referred Client and we will not consider any additional deposits. The Bonus will be deposited according to the table presented above under the Friend & Family Referral Program. No other form of payments will be made and this program is not transferrable.

To claim the bonus offered under this Program the referrer Client needs to email both referrer and referred Client Portal’s username (registered email address) to IronFX at promotions@ironfx.com and receive the bonus as long as all requirements set in this terms and conditions are met.

Participating in this program will not entitle the referrer to participate in any other program/promotion offered by IronFX.

The Referrer Client cannot promote themselves as tied agents, brokers, affiliates, partners of IronFX, etc.

The Referred Client must not be an existing Client of IronFX but instead a new Client.

IronFX employees, Partners and Introducers cannot participate in this Program.

If IronFX suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that user the bonus or promotion and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the service and/or block that user's Account. IronFX has the right to reverse or decline any bonus without proving reasons thereof.

IronFX reserves the right to modify, change or terminate this offer at any time without the consent of the Client.

Both referrer and referred Clients acknowledge that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products and involves a high level of risk. It is possible to lose all your capital.
